We designed FocusPocus with your privacy as a top priority. Our App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to:

- Contacts or other data from your device.
2. Photos and Camera Usage
The core function of FocusPocus is to help you take photos. The App requires access to your device's camera to function.
- All photos taken with the App are stored directly and only on your device's local photo library.
- We do not have access to your photos, we do not view them, and we do not upload them to any server. They remain entirely under your control on your device.
3. Non-Personal Usage Analytics
To improve the App experience and understand which features are most useful, we collect a limited amount of anonymous, non-personal usage data. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally. The specific data we collect includes:
- Onboarding Progress: To understand if users are successfully learning how to use the App.
- Animation Display Events: We note which animation was displayed when a photo was taken. This helps us understand which animations are most popular so we can create more content you love.
- Purchase Screen Events: We track when the purchase screen is displayed and when a purchase button is clicked. This helps us analyze the effectiveness of our in-app store and improve its design.
This anonymous data is processed by a third-party analytics service to help us understand usage patterns. We do not combine this anonymous information with any personal information.
4. Children's Privacy
FocusPocus is designed to be used by adults (parents) to take photos of or with their children. We do not knowingly collect any information, personal or otherwise, from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can promptly remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
