How do I unlock new animation packs?
You can unlock new packs directly within the app. Tap the animation icon on the camera screen to open the Animation Drawer. From there, you can browse all available packs. Tapping on a locked pack will bring up a screen with details and a purchase option.
I purchased a pack, but it's still locked. What should I do?
This can sometimes happen if the App Store confirmation is delayed. Please try tapping the 'Restore Purchase' button, which can be found at the bottom of any pack purchase screen. This will securely check your purchase history with the App Store and unlock any content you own.
Is this a subscription?
No! All animation packs in FocusPocus are a simple, one-time purchase. You buy it once, and you own it forever. We do not have any subscriptions.
I have an idea for a new animation pack!

Where are my photos saved?
All photos taken with FocusPocus are automatically saved to your device's photo library. We don't store or upload your photos anywhere else - they remain completely private on your device.
The app won't open or crashes frequently. What should I do?
Try restarting your device and making sure you have the latest version of FocusPocus from the App Store. If the problem persists, please contact us using the form below with details about your device model and iOS version.
